Position: Personal Assistant/ Real Estate Coordinator
Location: Las Vegas, NV.

Languages: Perfect English. Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.

Administrative:
o Answer phone calls and email inquiries. Must have great, friendly, business
communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
o Return calls, set appointments, manage my/our calendar.
o Research and make travel arrangements
o Miscellaneous internet research and data entry.
o Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also
proficient with gmail, Internet Explorer, and bookkeeping/tax preparation
software.
o Meet and greet clients
o Run errands
o Responsiveness: be there when I/we need you.
o Sending thank-yous via SendOutCards.
o Preparing contracts
Technical
o Simple website updates and maintenance.
Creative
o Copywriting
o Marketing
§ Posting CraigsList ads and other postings.
§ Experience with ConstantContact email system a plus.
Financial
o Bill paying or arranging direct payment.
o Utility, insurance and HOA turn-ons and turn-offs.
Real Estate Sales:
o Manage inquiries by email and phone
o Prepare and file contracts
o Meet and greet clients
o Driving around people for “private” tours
o Show houses
o Nurturing investor relations
o Nurturing short sale leads
Real estate experience preferred:
• Experience as a mortgage broker, transaction coordinator, property management, or real estate agent a plus.
• Current real estate or property management licenses a plus.
Compensation and Hours:
• Initially, we’ll start out part-time so I can get a sense of how many hours per week will be required.
• Compensation will be $12-15 per hour.
• You’ll be an independent contractor.
